Return Policy

Standard Returns for books and stationery products

We accept returns up to 28 days after dispatch if the goods are still in marketable condition. If you would like to return goods, email contact@readsdirect.ie to request a returns document, which must be printed and attached to your parcel. Post the goods back to us with all paperwork enclosed and we’ll credit your account. Note: postage on returned goods will be borne by the customer unless we were at fault.

Restricted Returns

Certain goods, such as printed merchandise from our design online service or use your design service, are not eligible for return. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all copy and images are correct before placing an order. This will be indicated to you before you place your order. If the fault is ours we will be happy to provide a full refund for your print order. Note: Slight colour discrepancies may occur between on screen resolution and printed materials.
